Thunder Bay, Ontario, Canada, receives a lot of sunlight in the winter months. A Thunder Bay man hopes to utilize those solar rays to grow vegetables throughout the winter with two, four by eight-foot solar panels, thermal blinds and a heat-retention wall built into the greenhouse.
