Antigua Fresh Hydroponicsby Gordon Creaser

Early in 2001, I was asked to visit Antigua Fresh greenhouses on the island of Antigua in the Caribbean. The Antigua Fresh hydroponic farm is a 40,000 square-foot facility built on several acres in the center of Antigua. They've been growing hydroponic tomatoes, lettuce, cucumbers, and a sprinkling of herbs. The owner is Keith Outram, a fellow Brit. He was having problems with his production caused by pests and diseases. The primary purpose of my visit was to help him correct these problems.
