Growing Notes--Australian Aquaponics--Whole Fresh Fish and a Side Salad Please!

Tailormade Fish Farms of New South Wales, Australia, was instigated just two and one-half years ago when a group of recreational fishing friends were discussing the obvious decline in wild fish stocks. After mentioning their conversation to a friend who happened to be a marine biologist with a background in Barramundi fish farming, the 12 shareholders combined their resources and created Tailormade Fish Farms.
