Environmental Dynamics in the Grow Room, Part One
Maintaining proper growing conditions in an indoor grow room can be difficult without an understanding of the dynamics of that special and unique environment. One field in particular helped me get a better handle on comprehending the interaction of humidity and heat in indoor spaces. That field is passive solar building design/energy efficient construction. Just how useful some of the concepts and techniques were did not fully occur to me until I began to develop specific plans for an energy-efficient passive solar studio/greenhouse.
