Good Idea, but thankfully you get a refund of 0,25 Euro for each bottle here, so this hothouse would cost you 375 Euro ($525).

On step 2 of your directions you say to cut off all the tops of the bottles, yet on step 5 your directions mention putting the cane pole through the tops of the bottles, one of which has been reversed. How can this happen if you have cut off the tops of all the bottles? Please advise/explain.

It is like a lot of the info on the GE site…this site is what is called a news portal or news aggregator—I find stories out there related to farming and gardening and usually write a summary or copy a short quote and picture from the story and link to it.
Looking at the instructions and my interpretation, yes you cut both ends of the plastic bottles, stack the bottles into each other and push a long cane or stick through the bottles according to the pictures. Then you attach the long row of bottles to a frame.
