I think this is a radical idea – Could this method of growing food (veg, etc) take precedence over traditional growing methods ?
Im working on a project where Im designing a town for 5000 households. I very much want indoor food production as a method of creating employment and supporting the local economy aswell as feeding the community. The trouble is – I’ve no idea what size factory would be needed to grow enough food to satisfy the demand of the local retail outlets.
