Terms and Conditions

Anyone is eligible to win. No purchase necessary. Online entry only. Odds of winning a prize depend on the number of eligible entries received. Limit one entry per person per drawing and one prize per person per calendar year.

Each month Growing Edge will select one winner at random. Random drawings will be from among all entries received during each applicable entry period. Non-winning entries from any drawing will not be carried over into subsequent prize drawings; however, your registration information will be retained so you can sign up for additional drawings without repeating the registration process. Prize is nontransferable and must be accepted as awarded.

Growing Edge reserves the right to substitute a prize of equivalent value in the event the offered prize is unavailable. All taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of the prize winners.

Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Growing Edge to use winners' names and likenesses for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation unless prohibited by law.

If a potential winner cannot be contacted by telephone or email within 14 days after the initial attempt is made, an alternate winner will be selected from all entries received. Return of any prize/prize notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

Prizes will be shipped free to winners living inside the United States. However, winners living outside the United States must cover shipping expenses.

Growing Edge reserves the right to terminate this contest at any time without notice.
