		<description>You are right, the White House garden is within acceptable levels set by the EPA and other regulatory agencies but... other urban gardens are near industrial areas and could or probably do have unacceptable levels of lead and other toxic by-products of the industrial age (remember their slogan from the 1960s... &quot;better living through chemistry.&quot;) Back then everyone thought pollution just disappeared into thin air (or water or soil.)
