Jesse Wunderlich is the owner of Bin to Curb in Canada, which picks up customers’ vegetable food scraps.
After his weekly rounds, Wunderlich takes all the compost to one of a handful of rural businesses, such as a dairy farm, which are certified by provincial organic matter recycling regulations to handle mass composting systems.
There is a big market for finished compost and Wunderlich aims to supply it.
